In 2023 I moved my workshop into a 20ft container on a nearby industrial estate. I’ve always been fascinated by renewable energy and off-grid power, so I thought I’d jump right in and try to run a workshop with no mains electricity.
So far this has been a success and in 2024 I expanded into the container next door.
The Container Labs microgrid is currently powered by two generators with a third planned.
